

Do the pop-up notifications have to do with the plan you have? I'm usually in front of my screen for most hours of the day so if there is any notification pop-up I'm able to claim it as soon as it appears. I have not changed the settings so I was also wondering if perhaps my free plan expired? I found nowhere nothing about it. I use Chrome and the RSS Feed Reader, which, as I said before, was working perfectly. At first, I thought that I wasn't being sent jobs for whatever reasons, then I received an e-mail from Lionbridge with the weekly overview of my account and the chart showed lots of jobs I had actually lost! Then I realized there was a problem. They said that it's all OK with my account. The company has polished it to the usable state on mobile, so it is available for a while. I've sent Gengo e-mails to help me, but they haven't been able to figure out what the issue could be. The RSS feature in Chrome is a work in progress since May 2021.
